(1) We will ship the goods within 5 days after getting your payment. If you want to cancel or change your order, please tell us within 24 hours after finishing the payment so that we both could make the best from the bad bargain.

(2) We will ship the goods by HKEMS, DHL, UPS, TNT or EUB. It all depends on your country conditions and your requests. Please trust us that we will find the best way to deliver the goods for you.

(3) Usually, it takes you 4-7 days to receive the goods, in case the goods were lost or it does not reach you on time, please contact us immediately.

4 Delivery:

(1) Sample Order : We usually send it by HKEMS, HK Air Post, DHL etc., and it will reach you within 4-7 days. We are in stable connection with the logistics system, thus we can guarantee the delivery speed.

(2) Bulk Order: Shipped by sea or air to your very request. The delivery terms is 7-15 days after payment.
